Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – In a ceremony marked with renewed commitment and dedication, Police Regional Office MIMAROPA proudly welcomed its 19th Regional Director, PBGEN ROGER LAROZA QUESADA, held here today, December 22, 2023.
Chief PNP, PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA, JR, graced the event as the presiding officer, adding significance to the momentous occasion.
In his inaugural message, PBGEN QUESADA pledged to continue the legacy of excellence set by his predecessors, emphasizing the principles of reform and leadership with quality.
“My primary focus is on proactive and intensified efforts to enhance regional security. Under my leadership, we will prioritize a comprehensive approach, emphasizing reform and leadership with quality,” said PBGEN QUESADA.
“We will work collaboratively with the stakeholders to ensure responsible law enforcement, foster cooperation among team members, and build trust with the public we serve,” he added.
PBGEN QUESADA likewise stressed the crucial impact of unity in achieving success, urging the unwavering support of all the men and women of PRO MIMAROPA.
“I urge your wholehearted support, emphasizing unity as the cornerstone of our success. Diligence, discipline, and professionalism are paramount in executing our duties, reflecting not just on ourselves but on the values of our organization,” he urged.
The MIMAROPA top cop also emphasized a zero-tolerance policy through the implementation of stricter regulations to reinforce shared purpose and commitment in the organization.
He further emphasized the principle of reform and leadership, with quality, in propelling PRO MIMAROPA towards creating a safer and more responsible environment in the region.
“Our collective efforts, guided by the principles of reform and leadership with quality, will propel us towards the will of our humble Chief, PNP, in creating a safer and more responsible environment in the region, anchored on the administration’s call for unity and nation-building,” he emphasized.
Prior to his appointment as the 19th Regional Director of PRO MIMAROPA, PBGEN QUESADA served as Chief, Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO); Deputy Regional Director for Administration in PRO 5; Deputy Regional Director for Operations in Region 13 (Caraga); and Regional Chief of Directorial Staff, PRO MIMAROPA.
“I am excited to embark on this journey with you, confident that together we can make a meaningful difference. Let us move forward with determination and unity,” he stressed.
The newly installed Regional Director, who hails from Sto. Tomas, La Union, is a proud member of the PNPA ‘Tagapagpatupad’ Class of 1992.
